Please include, where possible:

your device model and operating-system version;
the Educated Guess app version and build number;
what happened and what you expected to happen; and
a screenshot or screen recording, if available.

Complaints about the app

You can submit a complaint about the operation of Educated Guess by email. Describe the issue and the outcome you are requesting. We may ask for information needed to investigate it.

We aim to answer complaints within 14 days. Billing, cancellation, and refund requests are normally handled by the store through which the purchase was made. Problems with access to Unlimited after a completed purchase can also be reported to us.

Delete your Educated Guess account

You can initiate deletion in either of these ways:

In the app: open Profile → Delete account.
Outside the app: email contact@educatedguess.app and ask us to delete your Educated Guess account.

For security, an email request must normally be sent from the email address connected with the account. We may request another reasonable verification step when necessary.

When deletion is completed, we remove the Educated Guess account and synchronized game progress from active account systems. Historical analytics and diagnostic records remain identified only by pseudonymous identifiers that are no longer connected to any account, as described in the Privacy Policy, and expire with the stated retention periods.

Deleted data may remain in standard Supabase database backups for up to 7 days before those backups expire. Store purchase, tax, fraud-prevention, and entitlement records may be retained by Google, Apple, RevenueCat, or us where needed to administer or restore a purchase or comply with law.

Deleting your Educated Guess account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.

Google Play

Manage or cancel: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
Refund requests: use Google Play’s purchase and refund tools

Apple App Store

Manage or cancel: Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions
Refund requests: use Apple’s purchase and refund tools

Cancelling stops future renewals. Access normally continues until the end of the current paid billing period, subject to the store’s terms and applicable law.

Privacy and advertising choices

Educated Guess uses automatic pseudonymous product analytics as described in the Privacy Policy. The current product decision is not to provide a PostHog analytics opt-out.

Rewarded ads never start automatically. When you choose Watch ad, the app attempts to show an available ad. An ad may be prepared in advance. The app currently requests non-personalized ads only.
